Well prepped and sorted track day car that is also a dependable street car. My wife and I have spent hundreds of hours cruising the Midwest in “Kate” and loving every minute of it. Whether riding the Tail of the Dragon, driving to Detroit for the Woodward Dream Cruise, flying around Putnam and Gingerman, doing the local “twisties” or just driving her to work, Kate has been a joy to own. Now it’s someone else’s turn to have the thrill of owning and driving a car that turns heads and makes friends no matter where you go.

For the track she features……
17" PS Engineering wheels with Michelin PS2 335/35/ZR17 (rear) and 275/40/ZR17 (fronts)
*Wilwood / SPF big brake kit. Stock SPF front brakes moved to the rear. Cost - $2,300
*GTP sway bars Cost - $800
*QA/1 adjustable shocks / 450 lb springs Cost - $1098
*R/T Shock mounts Cost - $270
*Accusump Cost - $350
Oil cooler is plumbed
Front and *rear drive shaft hoop

All items with an * either replaced stock components or are were added.

For the safety and comfort of a loved one or an instructor….
Passenger side roll bar
5 point harnesses for both driver and passenger
Passenger side seat slide adjustment

Misc...
Superformance car cover
Tonneau
Soft-top

Say it ain't so!

It's only temporary. I plan on spending a lot of time on the track with the Lotus this year, plus we have two weddings and big trip for our 25th anniversary, so the Cobra was just going to sit (and I'd like a new one). So I decided to sell Kate, sit 2012 out, and get a new one in 2013.

PS: Mark says as long as I pay my dues I can still be a member. :)

Kate found a new home with a friend whose Superformance was recently wrecked. She's in good hands.

So, now the hunt begins for a new one? I think we charge double for Lotus owners in the club ;)

Congrats on the sale Steve. Sorry to see Kate go, but we understand and her younger sister will soon be ready to run. ;)
