i don't yet know the route or final dates....but we can be a way point or rest stop along the way. Hopefully Paul can offer input when he returns. Have an excellent historical restaurant in town that we love. Best steaks around and great deserts...

Thanks to all that came. We had been looking forward to this gathering for a long time to partially pay back the the hospitality shown by other members for the past several years. Now that we have a location suitable for hosting I would hope to make such gatherings here a regular occurrence...

Looks good Paul. Good cruising roads that will keep you away from the Turistas headed South on 67 and 55. And it seamlessly joins my map once you get to the 67 /72 interchange.

I would STRONGLY advise printing out the directions and map I posted in post #25. Do NOT....repeat....Do NOT rely on GPS to direct you to our location. "Some" GPS units are fine...but we have had multiple examples of GPS units directing visitors to totally wrong locations...to an east side...

Weather continues to improve with a high now of 79 and only 2% chance of precipitation....!! Yet....everyone but Paul has indicated they are coming in their daily Driver...?????

Tim, You might want to focus on arrival at 11:30 rather than noon as the eclipse will start here in Fredericktown at 12:41 pm... Any unexpected traffic delay may compromise the viewing. Plus it will take a little time for everyone to park and get settled in, take group pictures while we still...

With such a great forecast...we are hoping for a large turnout of Cobra's to represent the club. Should make for some great photo ops with all the trees and flowers in bloom...
