Since my friend's not going to pick up his Kindig build at SEMA and I'll be in Oklahoma just prior, I'm going to opt out as well and let Ashley have my turn at John's SEMA passes? I've just got too many fall trips already planned.
That's not a bad idea Dan! My friend decided to go with Dave Kindig's fastback version instead of the roadster so it will not be ready by 2025 SEMA. I'm in Oklahoma 11/01-11/02 so for me to still attend going later in the week would work best?
This year's Cycle Showcase STL will be back at the City Foundry next weekend 2/8 and 2/9. Below is a link with more information.
It is a nice event for anyone who enjoys seeing custom and unique motorcycles! And this year my '59 Triumph T110 Tiger will be on display at it. :)...
Tom, I too feel your estimate of $125k will be close and agree it probably won't meet the reserve? But, the serious bidding on BaT doesn't take place until the last 15 minutes so won't know until the very end!
FYI...Wayne Carini is selling a very special Cobra replica on Bring A Trailer. It is an ERA with a true SOHC 427 Cammer motor and Ford Toploader transmission!
Awesome car!! Will be interesting to see what it brings??:D
