I've seen that video before. Yes - taxes are voluntary. But if you don't voluntarily pay your taxes you will face stiff penalties and jail time - that is unless you're in politics.

That's the one I was thinking of. A classic bad moment by our buddy Bill. One among many. Our country prospered economically under his watch, but his morals left a LOT to be desired.
