Rich's surgery today (9/18/15)

I believe Rich went in for his surgery early his morning.
Haven't spoken to him yet, figured he'll be out-of-sorts for the first half of the day, but I'll txt him shortly and see how it went and will post back.
If he's up for visitors tomorrow, I was going to see if he needed anything and if anyone wants to join me tomorrow to visit him. I'll confirm hospital and room number later.

Rich just txt'd me back (just woke up 45 minutes ago).
He said "hurts like a bitch and pain meds put me to sleep".
He thinks the surgery went fine, but hasn't talked to the Dr yet.

Just checked on Rich and he's feeling a lot better today. Doesn't know but might get to go home tomorrow, if he does I'll be picking him up so we'll see about picnic.
