This is the layout of the dash in my new car. Any comments or critique? Anyone have an easy way of cutting the holes?

I like it, wish I had gone with the blank dash. Is it 2 turn lights, brights and check engine indicators

Rich,
2 1/8" hole saw for the smaller gauges, it will run in a hand drill

4" fly cutter for the larger ones. To be safe, this needs to be done on a drill press

Yes two turn lights, bright and charge light.
Paul the fly cutter is going to be the hardest, will have to dig out my drill press for that.

Looks good Rich. Did you shift the center gauges to the right? (more centered, than an original. I like)

Any switches on the dash?

One thing to consider (not saying it's right or wrong, just to consider) looks like the 2 smaller gauges behind the steering wheel are right at the bottom of the dash brace, but the tach is set lower. What is the measurement on the 3 small center gauges from the top (look lower than the other 2 and the tach). I just like consistency, but maybe it doesn't work out equally.

btw, I have a desktop drill-press if you want to borrow it. (and I'm home this week if you need it)

The water temp and oil pressure gauges have about 1/4" clearance from the dash hoop. The tach was positioned for the best visibility through the steering wheel. The speedometer and the other three gauges are moved to the right about an 1 1/2" from the 'traditional' gauge location. I think it just looks better.
