What do you all think

Agree that. I did see the original report on KMOV (CBS) and they interviewed the gentlemen. Showed his face and all and I noticed, not only did he have the rifle, but also a holstered pistol. I just hate having to surf around different channels to find the facts. Just me.

This was a report on MSNBC that SPECIFICALLY alleged that White racists were bringing assault rifles to town hall meetings...while showing footage of the Black gentleman in Arizona...with his face obscured.

As far as I know the other channels reported the Arizona incident as correctly being a Black man and he was in fact interviewed by several different reporters.

What pissed me off was that someone at MSNBC made an intentional effort to twist the truth...by fabricating a lie that the carrying of an AR15 to a town hall meeting was by Whites and was racially motivated.

I saw the same report on MSNBC. Several of the conservative talk radio hosts called them out on it immediatly. Even the guy on KMOX in the afternoon commented on it being twisted.

I really like this conversation that has been going. Mostly because it has stayed a conversation. My $.2 is that without question the media is where the focus should be. Think about each issue individually and look at how it was covered. I have not seen an unbiased report in a LONG TIME from either side. Sad fact, but the nightly news is becoming as bad as the talk shows.

Case in point follow the stock market for a week and listen to the descriptions the newscasters come up with. "Stock market tumbles today" It was down 75 points. That is less then 1%! They do this with every story they cover. Sensationalism sells! Right now politics sell. Twist a story and watch ratings grow.

But his ratings will go up!!! I like Glenn, but you feel like the sky is falling after listening to him. You do have a voice, if all of Glenn's listeners gave up the sponsors that dropped him, it would have an impact, as he has a large audience.
