OK, after dissecting this so-called TARP plan the last few weeks and watching Henry Paulson tap dance yesterday about doing a 180 degree turn on what original plan was, I am proposing to rename the new plan .... I am going to call it

F.A.R.T.

Otherwise translated as "F'd up Asset Reimbursement Trust"
