So, out in the beautiful weather all day yesterday, didn't get enough, so went to the River today. Put in at Hideaway Harbor and motored up to Graffton, Dardenne Slough and back. Pretty day, got a nap in and just enjoyed a day out.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, while motoring by the Graffton Landing Pub, there was a Red with Black stripes Cobra parked in the lot. Didn't look like the same color as Bruce's, but guess it could have been. Didn't know Linda had the camera, or I would have taken a pic :(

Glad ya had a neat day....

taking it easy after our little "quick" jaunt in the Ozarks. :D BTW The "mansion" is actually the Tara Point Inn in Grafton & we ILL. hillybillies refer to em as limestone bluffs instead of rock bluffs. :D Some time I hope to take ya by the "Olin Mansion" in Fairmont Addition which overlooks the Miss. Cool pics. Ur the best big guy. :D

Looks like fun...I use to do that with my parents and my uncle's family when I was younger. I remember going skiing and tubing on the Illinois, and pulling into Harden for fried chicken at the restuarant up there.

?????

Your asking where I had chicken over 20 years ago....

Barefoot sounds like the name. I remember having to climb stairs to get to the entrance which was at theback and then you walked back towards the river view at the front of the place.
