I I mentioned at one of our last meetings, I am again trying to raise money for the St. Baldrick's foundation to go toward childhood cancer research. There is still an element of a kid in all of us. Some more that others.:rolleyes: Last year I raised $880. I'd like to beat that this year with an even $1000. If I can raise that, I'll even shave off my beard and mustache. I don't think anyone in the club has ever seen me with out these! I've provided a link below. Please give what you can to help the kids and I'll shave my head. Thanks in advance for your support.

PS. The march meeting is just days after the head shaving on march 7th. I'll definitely be at the meeting.
 
Soooo, let's see....$1,000 divided by 35 members = $28/member. Come on everyone....let's see a hairless Dan :D
 
Tim you are so excited you posted twice, hairless Dan might to that for you but really twice. Maybe if we all do an even thirty he will shave his eyebrows to?:eek::eek: Just joking.

I wanted to thank all of you who have helped so far and bring this to the top one more time. I'm about halfway there and this is the final week to get in donations. I'll be getting my head shaved at noon at Helen Fitzgeralds. Remember its for kids cancer research. Thanks guys. I'll see you at the March meeting.

We'll we made it! I'm over my goal. I'll be sending out indiviual thank you notes next week, but I'll see everyone at the meeting next week. I'll be the big, nearly bald guy without a beard or mustache. You guys won't recognize me. A big thanks to a great club and all those that supported this for the kids. No kid should have to worry about cancer at that age. Hopefully we can eliminate it all togehter. At least this is a step in the right direction.
