Watching the ADRL cars. Testing today, qualifying tonight. My head was pounding too bad to stay and watch them clean up the track. No wonder they tape delay drag racing. They spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning up transmission fluid on the track. Ran one run, and a car popped an oil line at the start, I left. Not bad hot there though, good breeze all day. A few pictures and a video or two or four. The Silver car is a Cadillac :D

at large nhra event clean up is very quick you must remember this sanctioning body is 5 years old low budget and tickets are free at 8 oclock they shut the gate for incoming cars to park out of room this is a nice cheap way that all can watch drag racing and not the crap running around in a circle with cars that have soap powder names on them A- AMERICAN D- DRAG R- RACING L- LEAGUE , I FOR 1 APPLAUD THESE GUYS RACERS PAY NOTHING CREW MEMBERS $10 EACH US FREE THEY MAKE THERE MONEY OFF OF ITEMS PURCHASED. NHRA which over the years has treated the sportsman classes like crap they have rapped sponsors to death ( example craftsman winston ) they also don't police the contingency award money to make sure the racer gets paid. also did horrible job some years ago checking 1 class for illegal performance enhancers. MY HATS OFF TO THESE GUYS GOOD JOB.
