Here's the list of workers for RNG.

Tuesday - 1pm to close - Bruce, Time, Mark & David.
Wednesday - 7am to 7pm - Bruce, Tim, Paul, David (1pm), and Mark
Thursday - 7am to 7pm - Bruce, Tim, Mark, and Tom K.
Friday - 7am - to 7pm - Bruce, Tim, Mark, Scott, TBull
Saturday - 6:30am set up - Tim and Mark
Saturday Drags - 7:00am - Paul & Bruce
Saturday Show - 7am to 2pm - EVERYONE.

Also, don't forget about the cruise (Fastlane) on Thursday night, and the banquet (Casino Queen) Friday night, and the $100 RNG experience package.

Everyone is of course welcome to come by at anytime - we'll find something for you to do - or just come for the fun.

Finally - thank you so much for all of the spirit and good will that everyone has exhibited. This is going to be a huge success - thanks to all of your help.

I think I will be bringing a large cooler or two (?) for soda's and water. Won't fit in the Cobra though :(
 
I'll be using my truck on Tuesday, so if you wanna drop it off here - I'll get it there. I'll even help stock it !

I also plan to be there on

Tuesday: PM
Wednesday: all day
Thursday: 11a - close
Friday: 10a - close
Saturday: 7-1p

I have 3 cases of beer an AB buddy gave me this weekend I will bring along for the festivities. :D

Also, if anyone needs a ride to the Queen for the Friday night stay, let me know. I can fit 3 additional folks in my car.
 
I will be out of town attending a wedding I don't really want to go too. Sorry.
 
R&g Schedule

I will be at R&G at noon on Friday and then from 6:30 till close on Saturday. I will bring all of the registration material, tents and tables.

Tim, I will be taking my Explorer to carry all of the items listed above and have plenty of room for your cooler or what ever else you need to take. Let me know.

R&g Ad

I just placed an ad in Saturday & Sunday's Post Dispatch under the "Auto News/Info" column for the car show. We are at "0" pre-entries at this point. I also took some fliers up to Fast Lane and Chuck-A-Burger. Everyone please get the word out about the show.

Alright, it's so close I can feel the pressure, and I'm not doing anything! I have asked and received next week off. What time are we to be there in the morning each day? I am figuring on being there first thing in the morning until late afternoon each day. I mentioned sodas/water - should the club buy some and have on hand? Should/Can we sell water soda? Also, I will be doing the RNG experience, so will be unavailable Friday around noon and again parts of Saturday. I know Mark was wanting to do the same, but we can't both be on the track, soooo, is someone signed up to be there Friday?
 
I'm signed up for all day Friday.

Mark - I have to take my son to karate on Saturday, and then planned on bringing him with me to the show. We most likely won't be there until just before Noon.

But I will be there on Friday.

I'll be there Thursday and Friday. I didn't sign up for anything, but if anyone needs an extra hand just let me know.

OK, things have changed, I will be there on Sat. morning. Let me know what I can do to help. I will have my son with me, so I will stay as long as he will allow (he is only 3)

Uh, also Mike, I'll bet Chuck's 9 year old will know not to come Sunday as the lot will be empty, but you can come Mike :D
