The US Army maintains the slogan "An Army of One"...
Here is a 77 year old man...respected and admired in his community who lived that creed and stood up to the Mexican Drug Cartel:

Contrary to what many people think...there are fates worse than death...and this was a man who believed that....and certainly earned my respect.
