Shannon and I finally found a new home at the lake and moved last week. As soon as I find the camera card I will add pics. View goes for about 7 miles. More later.

Brand new, 3,500 sqr ft 5 bed 3 full baths, spec home that the builder needed to get out of inventory. Nicer home than we have ever had and at a better price to boot!
 
5 bedrooms huh, well, that leaves 4 for your good buddies to come down and stay right?:D
 
Congratulations. Glad you found a new place. Now the important stuff. How big is the garage though? :D
 
Dan, you're right as usual. Congrats on the new house. Could a new bigger house indicate things to come to fill those extra bedrooms? :)
 
I have to wake up to this view every morning. To answer questions:
1) There is a spare bedroom.
2) The garage is larger, I will update a pic as soon as I find the garage again.
3) No more on the way-If there is another one the way I need to slap my doctor!!
 
Congrats on the move up! Were you able to sell your old home in this market? That's been our biggest hurdle with moving up (and god knows we've tried several times in the last year)
 
When we opened the business we decided to lease to make the move easier. We got lucky with our home in StL last year. It made this move great because we didn't have to worry about selling.
