"Nat'l Hugging Day"

Did ya know that this last Thur. it was "Nat'l Hugging Day?" Ter was at Wal Mart Thurs. & she was in line for the Cashier & then the Cashier says "It's Nat'l Hugging Day would you like a hug?" Ter says "No Thanks." Oh Uh. Evidently Ter got a sour look. Anybody ever heard of this?
