What do you guys make of Washington's about face on Roland Burris? He is evidently a very charming gentleman. He seemed to be wooing them in DC. Or do you guys think it was just more deal making as usual?

I think it was both or politics as usual. The Illinios goverment didn't have the balls to suspend his power of appointment. Blago used it to try and gain a little traction and the stupid senate didn't want to be perceived as racist and due to their own rules, Blago had the right to appoint. Legally I think, but you're the counselor. 
I just stay stayed overnight in my own house last night, so I'm sure that just means I know nothing. I do think they strong arms the guy who didn't sign his apppintment papers, but that was more so they could save face. My .02. I think they are all crooks.

Yeah Bull politics by its very nature tends to corrupt. Until the way business is conducted in our federal Gov't & state Gov't is changed, will probably never happen, there will always be corruption. It takes a very strong individual to stand up to the temptation to taint the process. In my business my clients frequently ask me to counsel them on how they can lie, cheat or get away with something for the sake of "winning." The end does not justify the means. To send a message to my clients about who I am & what I stand for I have a picture of Christ on my wall in my office. It used to be right behind me in my old office now its on the wall to the side of me. Liked it better directly behind me. Many of my clients still see it & many remark that they like it. I also advertise on WIBI radio 91.1. Keep the faith Bull.
