For all of you Illinois builders that have not built a car before. Be sure to pay the state tax on the kit as soon as you recieve your kit. I recieved a bill from Ill dept. of Revenue, stating I owe over $200 dollars in late fees. When I asked the Sec. of State department who takes care of the licensing, how I would know this. Their response was you would not, unless you have been through this process before.

FYI, so no one else gets stuck with this bill.
