I have GOT to get one of these

Now THAT is cool. I've seen a version of that in a carport but of course you had to make sure the upper level was empty before raising it. Dang, I hadn't planned on ever moving again and now I have to get a house with a flat driveway :D.

We engineered and installed one of these in Omaha, in a guys garage.

Normal drivers resided on upper level, toys on lower. When he wanted his toys to play with, push a button.

The lift and platform was only about $15,000 but the house that it went into was about 3.5 mil.
