Ford introduces the new "Werewolf" cast-iron block

It is amazing that the stock aluminum block can handle up to 1500 hp unmodified.
Joe Holt here in Farmington has run 8 teens @ 170+mph using a stock block in a twin turbo full bodied 2014 Mustang making 1500-1600 hp...before he found a crack in his stock Coyote crankshaft.
