Calling all "wordsmithers"

In last nights address to the nation our new Pres. used a word I am not familiar with. In refering to his Rep. colleagues he said they were using "delicose" language. ???????????????? Can't find the word in the dic. not sure I'm spelling it correctly. I need some help. I'll buy a milk shake for the member who comes up with the correct answer. EDIT: I may owe myself a milk shake. I think I just found the answer. The word is bellicose. However, I think he pronounced it dellicose.

Gee that describes a lot of us doesn't it. I owe you a milk shake. BTW Did ya catch it when he used it? I thought he pronounced it "delicose." Do you think he could have mispronounced it or did my ears just have wax in em? BTW I like the antonyms. Does that make me a bleeding heart liberal?

Another word he could have used was "obstreperous." Love that word. BTW Lawyers or politicians are NEVER obstreperous or bellicose.
