Do you think this may hurt the braking , or just keep them from squealing.

How can a wheel bearing with double seals leak?

Found this when I went to install my new rear ECB pads. All fixed now, will see if the new pads help with the rear braking.

Weird. What type/brand bearings?

The bearing had about 5000 miles on it. It was a 'repair bearing' from Autozone. The repair bearings have an outer race that holds both the bearing and seal, and need to be driven into the housing. They also have an inner and outer seal. The new one is from Orielly's. They appear to be a more robust design that the original setup which is an individual bearing and seal. I'll see if any problems come up again.

Those are your rear brakes?? I thought we decided it was safer to not have any rear brakes.

Grease on brake pads will change the coefficient just a little.
