Bradford or Suh? You make the call:

Bradford, bscause Stl fans are screaming for a QB. The only way they take Suh is because they think they can get Mccoy later. The trade Tuesday though tells me they were just trying to free up $$ for bigger salaries. Maybe they are going to try for a Vet QB to groom a rookie. Who knows? Who cares? I would just like to watch a team that enjoys playing and is fun to watch again.

Bradford. You need a face for the team to sell tickets.

They need to bank on him being the next Peyton Manning.

Clausen, know he can hold up under pressure, know he can throw the ball, and know his shoulder isn't injury prone. However, I hope Bradford.

Hijack - but still football.
I met Dick Vermile today.
Sorry if I misspelled his name.
Nice guy.
A car guy.
He just completed the restoration of a 1921 Bugatti Racer.
I spent the day with the Publisher of Motor Trend.
But anyway Dick Vermile.

Now back to your lambs thread.

Alright! We drafted a proven leader with a great accurate arm, now, let's not screw him up! :D

Mark, more info is needed, sounds like it needs it's own thread.

So now the big question. Will they be able to pay him the gizillion dollars a year he'll demand?

Yes, that's why Kariker was moved to Washington and why Bulger isn't here anymore - to free up salary cap room.

I was hopeful that the lambs would go with Suh 1st & then go Qback with the 1st pick in the 2nd round, BUT now that they have taken Bradford I'm hoping they go wide receiver in the 2nd round. Detroit has really helped itself so far. BTW Hey Mark if ya wanna talk about Dick Vermeil go ahead.

I think they can get away with picking up a defensive player in a later round, maybe not the caliber of Suh, but say the caliber of a Wistrom. Maybe not a game changer but a game controller. The draft is really deep in defense, so, I'm with you, a WR or backup to Jackson would be good.

Hopefully the Lambs can trade down a few spots with their 2nd rd pick, still get a decent WR & some extra picks. They need players everywhere.

I like it, just based on the fact that WR is deeeeeepp and there have been none selected yet. No need to pick one up just yet, plus, just like Craig said, we need to keep our new $50million man protected. Is this the beginning of the end for Alex Barron?

How would you grade the Ram's draft? I give them a C. Should have gone with Suh 1st. :( Could have gotten a QB later. WR should have been more of a priority. :( Two TEs???? Whatever happened to Byrd & Kloppenstein? Both were floppensteins! They had so many needs to fill & the only "decent" WR they have is Robinson. Detroit, Seattle & San Fran had the best drafts. Dallas was shrewd in getting Dez at WR. BTW Did ya see the DE from So. Florida U. that the Giants got who does a standing back flip ! WOW now that's some athleticism!
