A simple request from a friend, if you can help

He emailed me earlier today, stating that he is doing some sort of experiment (?) and needs some old spark plug boots.

If anyone has some they no longer need (if you haven't thrown them away yet), could I collect them and offer them to him?
(then I'll ask him what his experiment is )

He just told me he needs 90 degree boots. Can be long or short, black would be better but he's not picky.
(I still don't know what he's up to yet)
