I have added a poll to the thread to determine if planning is worthwhile or not. If you don't know what Supercruise is, it is a multi-day trip (Thursday - Sunday) in Northwest, Arkansas on some great lightly traveled roads. Places like the Pig's Tail (Hwy 23), Scenic Byway 7, Push Mountain Road (Hwy 341) and others. Many trailer down, but, Harrison is also only a 5 hour drive down I-44 to Hwy 65 South making it very accessible to those without trailers or that prefer to drive down. We typically stay in Hampton Inn there and have always had a good experience there from Lobby get togethers to Parking lot "parties". Typical agenda:
Thursday - arrive and take a short 60 mile drive that ends up at the Buzzard Bar in Branson.
Friday - A longer 150 - 200 mile drive
Saturday - Medium 130 - 170 mile drive
Sunday - Pack up and head home OR take a short 56 mile drive for breakfast in Jasper, Ar before packing up and heading home. We're typically back before 11, so a late checkout can be requested of the hotel.
The dates are chosen so as to allow rain makeup dates if possible. Please let me know if you have questions.
Location: Hampton Inn Harrison, AR
Dates: 10/22 - 10/25
