I finally ran my 1st event of competition on Sunday. Even though we ran in the rain and got soaked, I had a blast. I got to try out the new windows which worked pretty well. They just need a few tweaks to be more functional. Of course the additional power from the cam swap helped matters, but for much of my heat I could not use all the power on tap due to the wet track.
The track was very fast and flowed nicely. I have swapped out the Konis in the rear for some double adjustable Viking shocks. They are a new shock company and are of similar design to QA1's. These new shocks have now cured my remaining oversteer problems and the car is much faster and easier to drive at the limit. I also now have double adjustable AFCO shocks up front.
